Shinsei Industries was started on 20th March 1985, although the journey began way back in 1965. Through various experiences in manufacturing & retailing, Shinsei Industries began with a simple concept: Quality Toys for All, which till today remains our Vision Statement.
With this mantra, Shinsei soon became synonymous with Quality, setting new benchmarks, standards & ethics for all to experience. Innovation became an integral part of the Shinsei culture and change the only constant. Our innovation has won us many awards, but mostly, the respect of our clients and competitors. On 24th March 2003, Min Toy Pvt. Ltd. was formed, with Min standing for “Made in India“. Our three storeyed factory is spread over 25,000 sq. ft. and is located in Silvassa. By adapting new technologies, Min Toy Pvt Ltd has risen fast.
Together, Shinsei Industries & Min Toy Pvt. Ltd. have over I7O different SKU’s, and the works is spread over 40,000 sq ft. This is perhaps the largest variety in the Pull Back (Mechanical Toys) in India. Amongst our innovations is the “Door Open” concept for
Plastic Cars & the use of Links to create moving parts of animals/cycle/ etc. In 2020, the two companies have merged into one: Min Toy Pvt Ltd, with Shinsei being the main brand. In November 2021, we got our BIS certificate as well. The motto of our company states the road ahead: “In the world of creativity, there is no end to the possibilities”.

Mr. Vijay Kukreja
Director
A first-generation self-made entrepreneur, Mr. Vijay Kukreja started his career in the toy industry in 1965. A visionary leader, he has been the driving force in the development of Shinsei Industries and Min Toy Pvt. Ltd. His vision to provide Quality Toys for All remains the company’s vision. Presently Mr. Kukreja heads the Home for Senior Citizens project in Lonavala.
Mr. Manish Kukreja
CEO
Mr. Manish Kukreja joined the organisation as a Director in 1995. Coming from an Engineering background, Mr. Kukreja, is an industry leader with experience in marketing & product development. As a dynamic leader and CEO of the organisation, Mr. Kukreja focused on bringing-in modern techniques of designing and manufacturing toys to make them more appealing to the present generation.
Mrs. Surekha Kukreja
Advisory Director
Mrs. Surekha Kukreja has been a pillar of strength for the organisation since inception. She has immensely contributed in the organisation’s development in the early years. She is an active member of the Board and continues to support the company in its growth. She is extremely active in the Home for Senior Citizens project in Lonavala.
Mrs. Poonam Kukreja
Director, Marketing
Mrs. Poonam Kukreja has been responsible for driving the new packaging design of our product offerings. With her business acumen and immense enthusiasm, Mrs. Poonam Kukreja has also been an active contributor in our marketing strategies. She is presently a part of the new project under development.
